We’re open to see patients, answer questions and schedule appointments during the following hours:
Monday: 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: By appointment only
Appointments are an important part of your treatment. It gives us a chance to monitor your progress and make adjustments and allows you to ask questions and bring up concerns. Please arrive on time for your appointments. If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late, you might be asked to reschedule.
We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Hey, we know unforeseen things come up and we appreciate your cooperation.
Palo Alto Orthodontics is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Since insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and we can’t guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Be sure to let us know of any change to your insurance coverage.
Your estimated patient portion of the fee must be paid at the time of service. To help, we’ll bill your insurance company for services on your behalf. If the claims aren’t paid within 60 days, you’re responsible for the balance. If you have any questions, never hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to answer them!
