Appointments
Appointments are an important part of the success of your treatment. We are fully digitized scheduling system to allow us to keep up with your busy schedules! We are capable of sending appointment reminders via text and/or email. Please login to the Orthosesame link on our website to update your preferences.
We value your time and understand that you and your family have such a busy schedule! We are committed to offering as many afternoon appointments for your routine visits. Longer appointments, such as placing or removing appliances, will be scheduled during weekday mornings to allow our team to spend the quality time necessary for the best outcome of your treatment.
Late Policy
Dr. Yoo and her team aim to make each appointment fun and great experience for you. We reserve a very specific amount of time to provide you with the best quality of care and attention from our team. In order to respect your busy schedule, especially now that school is in session, we will be implementing our Late Policy. If you are late, we will need to reschedule your appointment to allow those who are scheduled after your appointment to be seen on time. Due to the efficient scheduling to accommodate everyone’s time, we cannot offer a grace period. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in and brushing. Please note, if you have an unforeseeable circumstance, please communicate with us by calling, texting, or emailing and we will find the next earliest appointment available.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancelled appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee of $25 will be incurred. Please note that cancelled appointments may delay treatment due to difficulty scheduling in the popular afternoon times.
Emergency Appointments
Please call our office if a band or bracket becomes loose or if you are experiencing any unusual discomfort. Depending on the urgency of the emergency, we may need to schedule a sooner or longer appointment to address the concern. We are committed to working with you to complete your treatment as efficiently and comfortably as possible.
